Yoga Nidra: Yogic Sleep

Yoga Nidra is a deeply relaxing form of meditation where you lie down, close your eyes, and enter a state between waking and sleep—like a restful mental reset. It’s sometimes called “yogic sleep” because you’re guided into a state of profound relaxation, all while staying gently aware.

During Yoga Nidra, you’ll follow along as each part of your body is guided into relaxation, and you might even visualize calming scenes or focus on your breath. There’s no effort needed—just lie back and listen. It’s a powerful way to release stress, restore mental clarity, and recharge, all in a way that’s easy and restful. It’s almost like pressing pause on the world so you can come back to yourself, feeling calm and refreshed.
